Having worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years, we have seen and experienced the pressure of working to hit targets, often almost impossible to reach, amongst colleagues who are out to achieve higher than the next person and will go to extreme lengths to do so.


We have seen individuals be so consumed by their work that they will behave in ways that they would never normally were it not for the pressure they are under. The boundaries to their personal ethics move as does adherence to company and societal ethics.

In the long term, this has a detrimental effect on their health, their personal life, family and friends.

We will be providing helpful tips, practices and more on this website, to help you help yourself when feeling stressed, anxious, under pressure and so on.
